1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Archflow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including firm administrators, project managers, team members, and consultants with portal access.

2. Description of Service

Archflow provides architecture firm operating software, including project management, budgeting, invoicing, timesheet tracking, consultant coordination, and reporting tools. The Service is provided as a cloud-hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Archflow immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Firm administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization and ensuring that all users comply with these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Archflow reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Archflow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Archflow a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Archflow's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. Archflow will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
